Provide tools to be employable (first aid, cpr: child aid society liaison. Deals with children under 12: gang sibling program. Working in homes where the siblings are members of gangs. Reduce risk of continual gang involvement within the family. Support will also be given to the actual gang member if they wish to have help. So far very successful in the region. Every school in the region have an officer assigned to them.
