Executive branch is very wary on who is assigned to admin tribunals in order to have these tribunals. Court are generalized in areas of expertise. Admin tribunals are focused on one specific expertise thus more knowledge within the area. Court would take on average (under civil action) circa 3 years depending on complexity. While admin tribunals would take on average within a year. Since the process is faster, it is less costly. Court on average would cost about 60,000 or more, again, depending on complexity. While tribunals would usually be nothing esp. when union takes your case. Initially administration tribunals was a reaction, the state began to create the tribunals that were dealing much of private law than public law, and it was creating a parallel system of justice. Thus, you can turn to administrative justice rather than judiciary i. e. courts.
