May disad(cid:448)a(cid:374)tage you if you"re of a parti(cid:272)ular group a(cid:374)d (cid:449)ill (cid:271)e unfair. Give some groups special rights this creates different access to rights. Trying to promote inclusion by using difference: multicultural rights; should be able to participate and receive equal treatment accommodation; religious accommodation- providing prayer rooms in public places.
