Law and politics connected there is no such thing as pure law, all are. Law isn(cid:495)t always able to address/see the big picture structural issues are. Law isn(cid:495)t neutral law often servers and maintains particular interests (it can often appear neutral when really not being so; i. e bridge law) interconnected and structured around one another. Law as one part of a complex set of institutions often obscured by laws focus on individual cases. Law: a recognized/accept system of codified given jurisdiction. Law can be force for social change (positive or negative) Thinking critically requires paying close attention to language.
