Repeat as necessary: interactive the design process is, communicate, the concept stage. We fight the next war the way we should have fought this one: convergent thinking. Examine: need to know when to stop. When you start getting the same idea over and over again. When you"ve drawn the same think twice, its time to progress. When you start designing early you learn what it is you don"t know. Finalize the direction but keep your work: might need to go back, want to change directions, relevant for future projects. Different people work and think in different ways: messy, neat, analogical thinking. How can a birds skull influence fashion. Why do we do it: people aren"t linear thinkers, things can go in different directions, there are other ways of recording, some work, some don"t, but have to know when to stop, the dinner party.
