Then there are the roman deities that have no greek equivalents and aren"t deities but spirits . An example would be spinieness being the spirit of thorns. There were kings who were inspiring, great kings like servius tullius who turned rome into a city, but then you have tarquinius superbus, his people hated him. Below kings were their two consuls who were like kings themselves just without the official title.
