Us state dept terrorism issues: commission for assistance to a free cuba, counterterrorism, global initiatve to combat nuclear terrorism, landmines, middle east partnership initiative, narcotics, nonproliferation treaty (of nuclear weapons) Safe havens- pakistan & saudi arabia- sa is major ally of us but aiding terrorists.
