In utopia: the way the utopians do war is only when they have to, they often try to assassinate the leader of the opposing side to minimize death on both sides. In europe: war is practiced to satisfy the sel shness of monarchs, soldiers who come back from war are often left in a position where they have to steal. In europe: aristocrats are wasteful, they have idle retainers (basically their entourage) that if they get laid o they aren"t able to get a job because they"ve never been trained to do anything. There"s a whole class of people that aren"t trained to do anything and would have to resort to theft for money. Everyone in utopia: wears the same robes, no private property.
