Dependant on police filling out forms, and how well they fill them out. Representation of police practiced instead of actual crime (what cops want to fill out, do they care about it enough) some crimes aren"t reported. Murder is an actual sense of how many murders there are, easier to figure out crime, pot/drugs aren"t as easy (happens more often) based on previous knowledge. Stereotypical criminals are seen as those that are uneducated, stupid or poor. Victim statements are useful survey given to everyone that asks if they"ve done certain crimes especially for crimes against women such as rape, or domestic violence.
