Document Summary
Bronze age part 4: the labyrinth was crafted by daedalus, the bull was killed my theseus, ariadne helped theseus kill the bull. Mycenae: the most identifiable features are the entranceway, and the lion gate, grave circle a, and the palace up on the citadel of the site. There are massive walls surrounding the site except on one side, where there is a steep ravine: there are house foundations on the one side of the site, the middle area is the best preserved. There is an entrance to an underground tunnel: the lion gate, there is a lintel on the top way of the gate, and on top of the lintel is a triangle (also found at the tholos tomb). At mycenae, a sculpture of two lions facing each other being separated by a column fills the triangle. It shows a method of construction identical to that o the tomb of agamemnon.
