Most of what we learn is meaning based. True that some have better visual memory than others. When on computer it affects way you take down notes. You can type quicker than writing so you try and take down too much info. When writing you have to condense info so you understand quicker. By working on same things every day, it shouldn"t take long to remember thoughts from yesterday. Help you what to study and when to study it. Sleeping after study is good because sleeping will allow you to turn what you"ve learnt into long term memory. The system decides what cards you will see. Cards you get right, it will take longer for you to return to it. Those that you get frequently wrong will return often.
