We don"t study mental processes directly, we study things that we can see - objectively. 1908 pavlov study - salivation of dogs - classical conditioning. Held that we cannot directly study mental processes only stimulus and behaviour. Falsi cation - there is some conceivable data that would render the theory false. Introspectionism - re ect on whats your mind and report it.
