These senses are different ways of taking waves and making them memories. Your body allows you to take action in the world. Robots are also a type of mind/cognitive system. Robots use sensors to perceive (sensors on a vacuum). It can also make actions (vacuum sucking stuff up). Amazon will give your recommendations for what it thinks you should buy. This software is perceiving input from the buyers and updating its" data base. Its" actions include putting things up on the screen. Distributed cognition is when there are multiple cognitive agents working on the same thing. Example: two people working on the same project. The syllabus or the notes are the perception and the output is the paper the calculator could also be added to this cognitive system.
