Sport is a regulated form of physical activity organized as a contest between two or more participants for the purpose of determining a winner by fair and ethical means. Such contest may be in the form of a game, match, race, or other form of competitive event. The first step in a sport management career is developing a professional attitude. There are five key steps/traits needed to give you that first step in the sport industry: ethical decision making. You must be able to understand expectations and recognize norms that regulate group members.
