Defines indian as any male person of indian blood reputed to belong to a particular band, any child of such person, and any woman who"s lawfully married to such person . Right to live on reserve land set by federal government. Right to vote in council and chief elections. Right to taxation privileges; exempt from paying taxes on personal property, goods and services, and income.
