Last time we looked at the last of the camps, where all values are reducible to facts. If you use the word good its reducible to an objective standard. If you like graphic novels then you would find someone who likes graphic novels to recommend something to you. If you say to someone have you taken a good class, or the name of a good lipstick, perfume, or movie, they are always appealing to an objective standard. If you want to buy a wine, the best thing to do is ask someone from lcbo; they have expertise. Value statements are not - they do not describe anything whatsoever, so they are neither true nor false. For definite camp you have one circle with three equal signs saying values are identical to facts. In non-cognitive camp you have one circle with word fact (can be known as true or false).
