The article emphasizes that some attitudes can make situations easier when we accept them in a positive way, others will render your work worthless, depending on how you approach it. A positive attitude can be approached by affirmation, what you want, and visualization, seeing yourself being successful. In my life these techniques can be used to approach my work and school life in a more positive way. My attitude approach when i start work should be to complete the task to the best of my abilities, and to also, to learn from my experiences person and student.
