She talks about her marriages, not work of being a quaff maker. Degree of isolation despite her love of company. Chaucer creates drama between characters fryer and summoner. Her authority as a speaker is undermined through the interruptions takes away. Interruptions: the way you talk about marriage i"m not getting married from her narrative and she is aware of this if i"ve licensed from this worthy fryer i will keep talking .
