As we now have our employees from the selected applicants for the position of cabin crew in xyz airline, we will cover a few topics when orientating the worker. These topics will include health and safety in the workplace, remuneration, and conditions of employment. These topics were chosen to be discussed in the orientation to give the worker a clear idea of the standards of the company and the work they will endure so they are aware before training begins. These objectives are used through simulation training, e-learning, and lecture instruction. The result of the orientation will be measured through reactions of the participants to indicate whether they enjoyed the orientation and to also give suggestions on what was most useful. These will be assessed as these are the main operations the cabin crew will have to endure and by far the more important to make an efficient cabin crew with our organization.
