Remember that our brain is hardwired to notice things and prepare for the future: a therapist who tells a client to engage in one hour mindfulness session per day is unrealistic. Mindfulness is in the moment mindfulness: can become mindful in a number of seconds. Is your story getting in the way of you having a richful and meaningful life. If you"re not, your story is getting in the way.
