Social facts: -in the example of climate change, the facts involve temperates, global levels of co emission and the impacts of the carbon tax. The problem with attempting to identity the objective facts without theoretical discussion is that we can only observe facts through some conceptual lens. Explanations of facts always have some kind of theory. Classical theorists: emile durkheim, karl marx, max weber and georg simmel.
