- Personality Traits are enduring characteristic which well-desrie oe’s
behaviour
*The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator
- The MBTI is the most widely used personality-assessment instrument in the
world.
- Can be valuable for self-awareness and career guidance but should not be
used as a selection tool
*Big Five factors (OCEAN): Highly affected people in their working
environment
- Openness to experience: people who tend to be open-minded is usually
creative, imaginative and curious on certain things and objectives
- Conscientiousness: people who are conscientious are usually responsible,
organised and dependable
- Extraversion: people who are extraverted tend to be more social, gregarious
and assertive
- Agreeableness: people who are agreeable are usually cooperative and
trusting
- Neuroticism: people who usually score highly tend to be more nervous while
people who score lower tend to be emotionally stable
