If out of time read criteria sheet and get 4 to pass. Cultural: how people identify their place within a society. Historical: how cultural aspects of society change over time. Making the familiar strange: challenge preconceived idea, debunk myths. Identify realities: autoethnography, new experiences, record how i feel in new sport and every aspect of it. Key themes: race, some races not allowed to compete in certain sports, class, economic status, social and cultural, your clothes, your car, sexuality, masculinity, femininity, disability, level playing field, age. Social situatedness: appropriate stuff in one social setting may not be acceptable in another, punching someone in the face is the aim of boxing, but is rarely acceptable anywhere else.
