Person responsible for the business value of the projects. Decides what work to do and in what order. Removes barriers that make the team less effective. Organize themselves and work to produce the desired results for each sprint. Product backlog: list of feature prioritised by business value. Sprint backlog: highest-priority items from the product backlog to be completed within a sprint. Burndown chart: shows the cumulative work remaining in a sprint on day by day basis. Select a set of work from the product backlog to deliver during a sprint. Share progress and challenges and plan work for the day. Meeting in which team demonstrates to product owner what has been completed in the sprint. Team looks for ways to improve the product and process based on review of actual performance of the team.
