Setting, writing and tackling goals ca be one of the most powerful tolls you have to attain successes. When your goals are in writing, they become more real than if they remain oly in your mind. There is a lot of good evidence that your chances of achieving successful behaviour change are increased through the setting of smart goals. Specific goals identify what is to be done and why, and state the final outcome or expected results. Measurable goals are stated in terms that are observable or verifiable. Action-oriented goals define what action is required to achieve the goals. Realistic goals should be challenging, but not impossible to reach. Time-based goal described within the context of a specified time-frame and may include sub-goals. 1-2 sentences maximum, with this set of criteria. Do suicide runs (5 with 1 minute breaks) three days week (tuesday, thursday and sunday) for 6 weeks.
