Why strengths: better academic performance, value difference, well-being, engagement, meaning, health behaviours, stress, positive emotion, self-esteem, self-acceptance, performance/ productivity / achievement. Developing the via: across time, across culture and countries, across multiple sources of information, seeking what is commonly believed to be human strengths and virtues. It is your job to use them to your advantage! To thrive pay more attention to what we do well. Focus on strengths greater engagement (flow experiences), well-being, performance and productivity.
