We will also look at communication: with clients and patients, with fellow health practitioners and the difference between professional communication and communication with friends. Communication: exchanging information, symbolic arbitrary, intentional, rule governed cultural and linguistic. Sending sender encodes: verbal and nonverbal, posture, gestures, facial expression, eye contact, touch seating position. Channels media for conveying messages: e. g. Receiving - the message by the receiver: how the message is interpreted and given meaning.
