Re-envisioning History
- Indigenous peoples have occupied the parts of this ancient land or at least 65000
years, and are the oldest surviving culture on earth

Formation of the world we know today
- By the time the first primates were evolving, the landmass we call Australia had
broken from Antarctica
- Through the continental drift, super continent Pangaea eventually broke up to form
northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere and then the continents we know
today
- 195-200 thousand years ago, humans appear in Africa
- 100 thousand years ago, evidence of homo sapiens moving from Africa. Evidence
that they got as far as Australia
