o One dendrite and one axon

Unipolar or pseudounipolar neurons:
o Single process that bifurcates to the perikaryon, with the longer branch extending
to a peripheral ending and the other toward the CNS
o Neurons involved in somatic sensations

Anaxonic neuron:
o Many dendrites but no true axon
o Not able to produce action potential but affect the acitivity of other neurons
