Wells knew children was going to play with club, which can result in accidental injuries, but he still refused to remove club or warn son -> responsible for injuries resulting from said club. If golf clubs are not intrinsically dangerous, then it was not negligent for wells to leave club in presence of minors -> not responsible for injuries resulting from said club.
