Knowing how to prep an effective message and understanding business tech can save you time, reduce stress, and build your image as a professional. Organizing e-mails and memos: e-mail has replaced papers memos for many messages inside organizations and some letters to external audiences. Bc they are committed to paper, hard-copy messages tend to carry more weight and are taken more seriously in certain situations; more formal than electronic comm.
