Feminism movement: tried to change view of vaginas, flowers, triangle of power worship. Only 1/3 of it is visible, it gets erect when aroused, has as many nerve endings as the glans of the penis. Males don"t have one specific area dedicated to pleasure. Vaginal opening: hymen: when we are newborn it is covered, skin around vaginal opening. When having sex for first time, you just stretch vaginal opening. Septate hymen: some skin covering vaginal opening- difficult to use tampon, probably tear/bleed when having sex for first time. Cribriform hymen: man may not be able to pass through, menstrual blood may not go through. Kegel exercises help with urination and tightening vaginal region. Vaginal discharge: varies woman to woman and her cycle: during ovulation discharge is sticky and clear; cleaning vaginal cavity, also natural lubrication. Bacteria in anus, do not transfer that bacteria into vagina- uti: more likely to get tears, use condoms, avoid hiv.
