I fall asleep in classes that force us to sit still and talk in a monotone, quiet voice. Students need variety, excitement, movement, and overall change! I had a classmate that had add and he had some issues with sitting still (he was always play with his fingers), and talking to other people without going off topic, stuttering, or jerking during the conversation. I always worry about embarrassing myself (as i"m sure everyone does) so just having an established routine and knowing where to go and what to do whenever you enter class is so helpful.
