Document Summary
The man with the eye patch- spy for the catholics. Three years later- mother courage and the army are made. Synopsis prisoners of war o o o o o o o o o o o o o. Kattrin and wagon are saved but swiss cheese dies. Kattrin and mother are folding laundry when the quartermaster comes in and asks to give her a bunch of ammunition in exchange for cash. She does not at first for fear of getting in trouble but eventually obliges. Mother courage is still worried about her kids but less so because the war is going well. She is excited for her business to grow. Yvette is worried about her business because people think she has contracted a disease. The cook and chaplain come in for swiss cheese but mother knows what he wants and grudgingly hands over money. The chaplain tries to hit on kattrin but mother stops him.
