(interviewed 2,000 college kids) Who influences our sexual behavior: parents, affect our sexual script by what they say & don"t say, talk to daughters about abstinence & birth control than sons, try to counteract the negative effects of media and peer pressure. Movies: since 1992, many films that were rated pg-13 are now rated pg. Internet: teens have gotten wiser about looking for sex education on the internet, focused on finding websites: . org, . gov, . edu. School based sex education: comprehensive sexuality education (cse, start in kindergarten & continue through 12th, 90% approve of this, includes age-appropriate information, anatomy & relationships, abstinence & contraception (disease prevention)
