Fear of humiliation in the presence of others; intense self consciousness about appearance or behavior or both. Mental disorders caused by interaction of biological, psychological, and sociocultural factors. Features extreme splits or gaps in memory, identiy, or consciousness. Can occur with or without fugue very rare. Persistent worry about having a panic attack about 10% of people report a panic attack in the last year, but 2/3% have the disorder. Undue anxiety response to a particular object or situation. After 10 years, 25% have one episode than fully recover. 25% have improved a lot, and are mostly independent. 25% have improved, but they rely on support. 15% have not improved, and 10% have died. Criteria used to determine is an individual has abnormal behavior. Sleep disturbances, appetite disturbances, fatigue and loss of energy, feelings of restlessness.
