My experience at costco was significantly different from my experience at walmart. The first time i went to costco i was greeted by someone who enjoyed what they did, or at least looked like it. At walmart, the greeters may not even speak. I would have to say the best thing about shopping at costco is the family feel that you get. Despite our large size and explosive international expansion, we continue to provide a family atmosphere in which our employees thrive and succeed. 2 a place where employees are treated like family makes the environment run smoother. I also love that i have never had to wait more than fifteen minutes to check out at costco. Every lane is open and when they do close lanes, they move fast. At night time, walmart may have six lanes open at maximum.
