I monitor my listening in my microbiology lab through problem solving. I got a 5 in problem solving on the survey. When my ta goes over something new in her powerpoints or lecture that i may not be familiar, i immediately think of how i can figure out what is meant. I do this by either thinking back on previous lectures or look in my lab manual where the topic might be covered so i can have a better idea of what my ta is talking about. My score for planning-evaluation was only a 2 and 1. 75 for directed attention. These ares both need more work since the score falls below a 3. I do find myself to be very distracted throughout my religion classes because i feel it is very repetitive information . during class you might see me on facebook, shopping online, or texting my friends.
