Included in this set of notes will be the material covered in class that you will be tested on. The notes for the first topic only equilibrium will have been emailed to you, the rest (if you want them) you must purchase. This is to ensure everyone has the material at the start of the semester to allow time for the students to purchase notes and the gradstudents to have extra copies printed if there is a high demand for them.
