Document Summary

For each exam in lecture and in the lab: Memorize the list of parasites on that test. The list may be different in lecture than it is in lab. When you get the exam, first before reading any questions write that list on the back of the test. If you don"t do this, and you begin to read the questions first, you will inevitably answer some questions with parasites that are not even on that exam. Know each life cycle and all parasite stages. I"m better able to remember visuals, so i draw out the little circular diagram of each life cycle. If there are several parasites with the same cycle, i note which ones have it, memorize it, then learn the few differences. So the best thing you can do is to draw out the life cycles before class and add notes to them, then practice drawing them until you can easily do it as needed on an exam.
