Adaptive radiation-l all living things descend from a common ancestor. Gradualism- changes can occur gradually within a species. Natural selection- idea that the environment can influence/impact a species and cause changes. Great change of being- nature is arrangement of the most simple to the highest and most complex (hierarchy) Worked with plants and garden, noticed how plants could vary on environmental changes. First to publish about how the environment can influence variation.
