Freedom is legitimate only if it entails the submission of the individual to the pre-existing order . An abstract human being doesn"t exist and cannot have rights . This most perfect order allows for individual to develop and lead a truly fulfilled life . The importance conservatives put on is experience and tradition . The meaning of existence is not simply to live and to be happyis to live the good life .
