Also this can be expressed through layoffs, firings, turnover rates, and etc. One problem that has arised is privacy and securing personal information. These problems branch out to laws and regulations as well as ethical issues. This raises issues and problems of boundaries that the employer has. Transitioning from school to work and work to school. Transitioning from graduation to an entry level position. Climbing the ladder, through applying for a high level position, being promoted. Due to there being many jobs maybe an employee can move from one position to another; also what can happen is expand education and get trained. Temporary work: contract work, freelancing, part-time work. Contingency workers make up a very high percentage of employees.
