They do not have the luxury of caring about every single little detail about the employee that are about to hire. They look to see if what they can offer will match the tasks and/or activities that they are required to do in their job description. They are very specific in what they are looking for as the work is limited. In this strategy, the small business owner is looking for a organizational-person fit where the employee"s skills coincide with that of the business or company.
