When there is no higher power men war with one another, anarchy. When they live like this there is no market, business, labour because they are not assured to receive the rewards of their labour, must live in fear. The right of nature allows any man any thing, with this there can be no safety, only conflict. Fundamental law of nature is to seek peace. Fundamental right of nature is in any way possible we can defend ourselves.
