Idenity thef: occurs when a thief steals personal informaion such as your name, address, bank account, etc. Computer virus: a computer program that ataches itself to another computer program (host program) and atempts to spread to other computers when iles are exchanged. Computer viruses are threatening because they"re engineered to evade detecion and can range from minor annoyances to destrucion or thef of data. A computer virus"s main purpose is to replicate itself and code into as many other host iles as possible.
