If a shortage exists, coningent workers are hired. Recruitment - two sources of job applicants - internal and external labour markets. Internal - promoions/job transfers, facilitated by using an hr info system, includes determining an employee"s previous work experience, educaion, ceriicaions, job and career preferences, performance and atendance.
