Having negative genital self image can make a person more see conscious during sexual activity and can have more sexual problems. There is even cosmetic surgery to change genitals female sexual organs. The whole outer part, what we call the crotch area, is called the vulva, it is the collective term for all the external genitals of a female. This is the highly sensitive sexual organ. The clitoris and a males penis come from same embryonic tissue and are similar in several ways both have corpora cavernosa, they are both erectile because the corpora cavernosa lls with blood. Its unique because its the only part of the sexual anatomy that has no known reproductive function. This is the fatty part that is covered with pubic hair.
