They arise out of particular circumstances and backgrounds, and typically grow out of some sense of grievance or injustice some conviction that things are not as they should be. There are two factors that have shaped human history in the 20th century. For most of the 20th century, the clash of three political ideologies liberalism, communism and fascism dominated world politics. Though it seemed as though liberalism had won out after the end of the cold war and collapse of communism and the ussr, new hot wars replaced it. The world is ruled by the ideas of economists and political philosophers.
