Considering possible solutions or actions to address the problem. Analyzing and interpreting results of the monitoring and evaluation process. Using the results to make modifications to the program or to inform decisions about other programs. The steps in the cycle may need to be repeated as one develops a better understanding of an issue and obtains additional input from partners. Also we may need to go back to try to develop a more complete picture of the factors that are affecting the problem and the potential solutions that need to be considered. Several factors need to be considered in selecting a framework to be used: First, most community health agencies will have a standard planning framework that is used across departments.
